Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
The product is damaged on arrival and replacement is not possible
The order is cancelled by Bag Shopee before dispatch
Change of mind after delivery
Size, color, or design preference issues
Used, worn, washed, or altered products
Products without original tags, labels, or packaging
Orders where a Partial COD advance has been paid
Orders refused, returned, or unclaimed after dispatch
Damage caused after delivery due to customer handling
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Bag Shopee may collect a small advance payment to confirm the order.
The advance amount is refundable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch by Bag Shopee
Once the order is dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may have COD disabled for future purchases
This policy helps prevent misuse of COD services and covers packaging and initial logistics costs.
